1. Who we are

Prompt Villains is a creative community for artists working with generative AI. Our mission is simple: promote human-directed AI creative work and give creators a home to share it. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You must be 13 or older to create an account. You are responsible for your login credentials and for anything posted from your account. Keep your password private.

3. Your content

You own the work you publish. By posting, you grant Prompt Villains a non-exclusive license to display it on the site, in feeds, in previews, and in social share cards for the sole purpose of running and promoting the community. We do not sell your content or use it to train third-party AI models.

4. Acceptable use

Follow our Community Guidelines. Don't post work that infringes copyright, impersonates others, contains illegal content, or targets real people with harmful deepfakes. We may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI-generated work

Prompt Villains celebrates human direction of AI tools. You are responsible for the rights and licenses of any models, datasets, or source material you use. Disclose when helpful and always credit collaborators.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

7. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Villains is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the community evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site.
